David was born in 1973 at Birmingham’s St. Vincent’s Hospital and has been in the Magic City ever since. In 2006, he started a new career in real estate hoping to combine his knowledge of Birmingham with a love for the city, its individual communities, and the pleasure of its beautiful homes.
Over these 16 years in real estate, David has reached various sales achievements including NEWSWEEK’S “America’s Top Agents” (2020), REAL Trend’s “America’s Best Real Estate Professionals (2021), and was the #1 RE/MAX agent in Birmingham in 2022 in sales volume. One of his specialties is working with medical residents to UAB Hospital, selling over 85 properties for incoming and outgoing residents since 2010. He is one of only a handful of Certified DRS Agents TM in Alabama. DRS is the preferred provider of real estate services for the AMA, AMSA, AOA, and SOMA, among others.
David lives in Inverness with his wife, Holly and daughters, Ellie and Georgia. Holly is a writer and has penned five books including Same Here, Sisterfriend , a collection of mom humor. They are active members of Oak Mountain Presbyterian Church and greatly enjoy time with friends and family. In his free time, David enjoys watching sports, playing fantasy football, eating Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, and listening to the music of Andrew Peterson, Colony House, and Switchfoot, among many others.
